The eye catchingly beauty that they are calling the 2013 Ford Fusion, has been announced to be on sale in the States on September 3rd. I almost can’t believe I just wrote that down but in case of this Ford was actually for the first time ever believe it.  The ford corporate web site has yet to confirm this launch date but we have in on good authority from US dealerships that they have placed their orders and the cars will be on their lots by then.

2013 Ford Fusion – Head On and Looking Fierce

We are fully expecting the pricing of all existing 2012 models to be dramatically cut as only a blind man would consider purchasing one of those cars after seeing what could be his if he waited 2 more months. The new 2013 Ford Mondeo errr Aston martin Fusion, no wait sorry, the Ford Fusion will not only be easier on the eyes but it will also be slightly easier on the wallet as overall fuel consumption numbers will be lower. This can be attributed to the 177 hp 2.5-liter 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, the 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbo that offers 237 hp in addition to the Edges’ and Taurus’ 3.5-liter V6 that offers up 263 hp.

We hope that by the 2014 North America International Auto Show they will be announcing an SHO version that will use the 3.5-liter Twin-turbo V6 which produces 365 hp. You will have to trust us when we say that nothing goes better with a cars good looks then increasing it horsepower.
